With over 13 years of experience in the medical field, Crystal Maxwell, PMHNP-BC, brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to care across the lifespan—including pediatrics, adults, and the obstetric population. She is passionate about supporting individuals through all phases of life and holds specialized certification in treating perinatal mental health disorders. Her diverse clinical background supports a client-centered approach to a wide range of mental health conditions.

Crystal is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, an evidence-based treatment for trauma and related disorders. Her practice is guided by the latest advancements in psychiatry and psychopharmacology, and she is an active member of both the Neuroscience Education Institute and Postpartum Support International. Crystal’s care philosophy is rooted in a holistic, evidence-based framework that fosters a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can heal and thrive. She currently welcomes clients ages 5 and up.
